We are a global team of native professional and experienced linguists. We all hold a diploma in translation or interpretation and have between 5 and 11 years of experience in the specialised fields we cover. Our linguists also work only into their mother tongue and live in their native target country of translation or interpretation.
What file formats do you usually work on?
We work primarily on many file formats such as .rtf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, html, htm, .pdf, .txt, .ppt, .pptx, .xml, .jpeg, .rar, .zip, .bmp, .png, .tif, .ai, .psd, .eps, .idml, .sdlxliff, .tmx, .mif, .txml, .ttx, and many more.

Who are your clients?
We provide professional translation, proofreading, editing and interpretation services to national and international companies, NGOs, international organisations, governments, associations, and individuals living in Africa, Europe and America. My file format is not listed among those you can handle. What do I do?
If you are using specific software, do not worry. We will find a way to process your file. In order to send it to us, compress it into either a .zip or .rar archive and upload it through our online form. Upon receipt, we will analyse it and get back to you asap.
What quality guarantee do you give new clients?
For our new clients we are happy to provide a free sample without any obligation. This way, you can get a feel for our services and the chance to evaluate our work. If you do book, you don’t have to worry about sending your payment beforehand because we only accept payments once a project has been completed. What happens when you do not respect the deadlines set by a client?
That seldom happens with us. However, in such a case, a percentage will be deducted on our invoice to the client with a guarantee that this situation will not repeat itself.
Do you increase your rates for urgent projects?
No, our prices remain the same, whether your project is urgent or not.
Do you give discounts?
Yes, based on a certain number of criteria, namely language pair, frequency of collaboration, volume of the document to be translated, etc.
What payment methods do you use?
We accept payments via Paypal, bank transfer, MoneyBookers (Skrill), Western Union, MoneyGram, etc. If you prefer other methods of payment, please contact us.
Should I pay before or after the translation?
You pay after the translation has been completed. This way, you can guarantee the quality of our services.
How soon should your payments be made?
Our payment terms range from 10 to 60 days according to agreements with different clients.
Do you translate websites?
Yes, we do! We have already translated many websites.
My document is confidential. What steps do you take to ensure this confidentiality?
We translate your text ourselves; we do no subcontract it to third parties. Before working with us, our translators, interpreters, proofreaders and editors sign a non-disclosure agreement binding them not to disclose any information they handle.
